HAZECO Invitation for E-Bids: Rehabilitation Works at 132 kV Grid Stations (Mansehra & Haripur) — Bid Closing 2026-08-05

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-bids under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) using Single Stage One Envelope e-Bidding for rehabilitation and construction works at 132 kV grid stations. Bidding is open to contractors registered with PPRA e-PAQs/EPADS and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with the required category and valid renewal for 2026-27.

Eligibility & Key Requirements:

- Registration with PPRA (use of e-PAQs/EPADS) and valid PEC registration for 2026-27 in the required categories.

- Minimum five (05) years of experience in construction as per PEC requirements.

- Successful completion of at least two (02) civil contracts of similar nature and scope in the last five years; each contract should be at least 50% of the estimated project cost. Relevant work orders, contracts, agreements and completion certificates must be provided with the e-bid.

- Bid Security: 3% of the estimated project cost in the form of an original CDR (sealed) from a scheduled bank in favor of Chief Executive Officer, HAZECO, Abbottabad; must be submitted before bid closing time or the e-bid will be rejected as non-responsive.

- Financial capacity requirements: AATO (PKR) @ 70% of estimated cost and Financial Resources/Cash flow (PKR) @ 30% of estimated cost as indicated in the bidding documents.

- Prospective bidders must submit e-bids via the EPADS/e-Procurement portal and also provide the original CDR to HAZECO before bid closing time.
