Attock Petroleum Limited (APL) invites applications for the position of Manager Retail Sales & Development based in Rawalpindi. The role focuses on leading and expanding APL’s retail filling station network, ensuring sales targets, managing retail projects and CAPEX, operational excellence at Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) sites, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

| Key responsibilities | Lead and drive retail filling station network to achieve sales targets; sales planning and performance management; expansion of retail network by identifying high-potential locations; formulate and implement retail sales and network development strategies; lead, mentor and develop regional sales teams; conduct market research, competitor benchmarking and demand forecasting; evaluate retail development opportunities and investment proposals; develop and manage annual CAPEX plans and budgets; oversee operations and standards at COCO sites to ensure operational efficiency, asset integrity and regulatory compliance; ensure implementation of company SOPs and OGRA/regulatory requirements; liaise with internal departments, government authorities, consultants and contractors; drive continuous improvement and sustainable growth of the retail network. |
| Eligibility & experience | MBA or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university; 10–15 years of relevant experience in a reputable Oil Marketing Company (OMC), including at least 3 years in a similar managerial role; proven experience in retail sales management, retail network development and project management; strong leadership, negotiation, analytical and communication skills; thorough understanding of OGRA rules and relevant government departments (Explosives, Highway Authorities, Environmental Protection Agency, District Administration); willingness to travel extensively across Pakistan. |
