National Tariff Commission (NTC) final determination and imposition of definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of Paint Brush Filaments originating in and/or exported from the People’s Republic of China. The Commission reconsidered the matter following a remand by the Anti-Dumping Appellate Tribunal and issued a new determination confirming imposition of duties to address injury to Pakistan’s domestic industry.
