Notice: Proposed Transfer of Patta Rights for Property No. 248-F, Officers' Colony Wah Cantt

The Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Wah Cantt, gives public notice that office records show property No. 248-F (Survey Nos. 21, 24, 25; Schedule IX-A, CLA Rules 1937) in Officers' Colony, Wah Cantt, is held in the name of Azra Khalida (wife of Hamd Sarwar). The owner has applied to transfer the patta rights by gift to her son Aftab Sarwar (son of Muhammad Sarwar).

Any person or institution with an objection must submit evidence and objections to the Cantonment Board office, by registered post or in person, within 15 days of this notice's publication. If no timely objection is received, the Board will proceed and subsequent appeals will not be accepted.
