Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Annual Auction Notice 2026-27 — Auction on 2026-07-27

Issuer: Office of the Director Taxes, Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (HMC).

Purpose: Annual auction of HMC tax contracts for the financial year 2026-27 (01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027). Open public auction to be held under the chairmanship of the Municipal Commissioner.

Auction venue and schedule: Office of Municipal Corporation, Jinnah Hall, Main Building, HMC, Hyderabad. First auction on 2026-07-27 at 11:00 AM. If parties do not participate the auction will be re-scheduled on 2026-07-28 and, if necessary, on 2026-07-29.

Key terms and payment instructions:

• No defaulter contractor is allowed to participate.
• Successful/highest bidder must deposit 10% of the contractual amount in favour of HMC at the time of award.
• Winners must pay applicable deductions such as income tax (10%) and SRB (10%) before taking possession, as specified by HMC.
• Auctions will be held during HMC office working days and hours; HMC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning reasons.

Eligibility / documents required (to be attached):

• NTN / registration certificate.
• Income Tax Returns (last 02 years).
• No litigation / blacklist affidavit (on Rs.100/- stamp paper).
• Bank statements (last 03 years) and proof of relevant experience (at least 03 years) as applicable.

Warning to HMC tenants: Tenants are required to deposit monthly rent and outstanding arrears to HMC within the specified period from publication, failing which HMC will take action as per rules.
