Peshawar Development Authority Tenders: External Electrification, LED Street Lights & Tube-Well Solarization

Issuer: Peshawar Development Authority (PDA). PDA invites bids through the EPADS e-procurement system for three civil/electrical works packages. Eligible bidders must be registered with EPADS, hold relevant PEC codes, have active KPRA and FBR/NTN status, and comply with other requirements listed by PDA.

Key submission details: bid documents fee PKR 5,000 per package; earnest money 2% of the estimated cost (as stated per package). Bidders must submit/upload bids via EPADS and also physically submit original bid security/additional security and tender form fee as required before the deadline. Tender documents and BOQ can be downloaded from PDA’s official e-procurement portal. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on the dates/times shown below.

Other important notes: original bid security (and additional security if applicable) and tender fee (payable as specified) must reach the PDA office by the submission deadline via registered post/courier. Clarifications or queries may be raised through EPADS or obtained from the undersigned during office hours. Received bids will be evaluated following KPPRA rules.
