Tender Notice — Framework Contracts & Supply Items (FY 2026-27) | THQ Hospital Muridke

The Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Muridke invites sealed bids from eligible bidders, manufacturers, authorized sales & service dealers registered with Income Tax (Filer) Department for supply under framework contracts and supply packages for Financial Year 2026-27. Bidding will be conducted under Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage–Two Envelope) as per PPRA Rules 2014.

Key submission and eligibility details:

- Bidding documents are available via the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website and the Punjab e-Procurement System. Response time will be calculated from publication on the PPRA website.

- All bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System by uploading PDF documents. Last date and time for submission: 2026-08-03 up to 09:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened on 2026-08-03 at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives.

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost for each package. Bid security must be valid for 120 days and submitted in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank in Pakistan.

- Bidders must be registered and tax filers as required. Original documents and original bid security should be submitted as instructed in the e-procurement procedure before closing time.

- The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable PPRA rules.
