Ministry of Science & Technology, Islamabad invites proposals for pre-qualification of firms/vendors (Tender No.02/2026-27) for supply, repair, maintenance and related services for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible firms registered with EPADS 2.0 and operating in Islamabad/Rawalpindi may apply. Pre-qualification covers multiple service categories including vehicle maintenance, auto parts supply, office equipment repairs, IT & networking services, HVAC and electrical works, generators, civil and building maintenance, landscaping, furniture and office supplies, and other support services.

| vi | Repair, maintenance and replacement of electrical items, lighting, fans, air conditioners and other electrical appliances. |
| vii | Repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, refrigerators, deep freezers, and other cooling equipment. |
| viii | Repair and maintenance of generators, batteries, stabilizers and allied power systems. |
| ix | Repair, maintenance and servicing of laboratory and scientific equipment and instruments. |
| x | Supply, installation and maintenance of audio/visual equipment, projectors, CCTV, access control and security devices. |
| xi | Provision and maintenance of office furniture, fixtures, upholstery and interior works. |
| xii | Civil repair, painting, plumbing, carpentry, general building maintenance and related contractor services. |
| xiii | Landscaping, horticulture, gardening services and upkeep of outdoor areas. |
| xiv | Supply of stationery, printing, binding, consumables and related office supplies. |
| xv | Provision of telecommunication, networking, software services and IT support contracts. |
| xvi | Other allied repair, maintenance and supply services required by the Ministry during FY 2026-27. |
