Tenders for Road Construction in Turbat (Kech) — Balochistan Special Development Initiative 2026

Executive Engineer – Roads, C/W, Planning, Public Health & Engineering Department (PP&HD), District Kech invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for construction works in Turbat under the Balochistan Special Development Initiative (Phase-II & Phase-III).

Eligibility & Requirements: Contractors must be on the Active Taxpayer List and hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration of the appropriate category for road works. Bidders must submit bid security of 2% of the quoted amount (as Call Deposit/Bank Guarantee) and pay a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 2,000.

Procurement Rules & Method: Procurement will follow PPRA/BPPR rules. The method of procurement is single stage – one envelope bidding. Bids not backed by required documents or bid security will be rejected.

Submission & Opening: Bids must be submitted to the Office of the Executive Engineer-Road, CW, PP&HD Department, District Kech, Turbat. Deadline for submission is 2026-08-10. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives; exact opening time is announced in the tender documents.

Bid Validity: 90 days.

Payment & Account: Bid security must be deposited in the specified government treasury/bank head (C-02716) as detailed in the bidding documents.
