HAZECO Invitation for E-Bids – Rehabilitation Works at 132 kV Grid Stations (PD(GSC)/HAZECO/NCB-02-03/2026-27)

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-bids under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) using the Single Stage One Envelope e-Bidding method for rehabilitation works at 132 kV grid stations for fiscal year 2026-27. Bidding is open to contractors registered with PPRA EPADS and the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with renewal for 2026-27.

Key eligibility and submission requirements:

- Registration with PPRA (use of EPADS) and valid PEC registration/codes as required for the listed works (renewed for 2026-27).

- Bidders may be natural persons, private firms, or government-owned enterprises; joint ventures (JVs) subject to the tender conditions.

- Minimum experience: successful completion of at least two civil contracts of similar nature and scope within the last five years.

- Financial qualification: Average Annual Turnover (AATO) 70% of estimated cost and Financial Resources/Cash Flow 30% of estimated cost for each NCB as specified.

- Original CDR (bid security) from a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favor of Chief Executive Officer, HAZECO, Abbottabad must be submitted to the office before bid closing time. An additional 2% bid security (CDR) is required if a bidder quotes more than 10% below the engineer's estimate.

- Bidding documents and submission: obtain and submit e-bids through the E-Pak / eprocure portal (http://www.eprocure.gov.pk) as per procedures and timelines in the bidding documents.
