Military Engineer Services (MES)
The office of CMES (PAF) Samungli invites sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities of PAF 'NN' in light of PPRA Rule 13 (1) (2) of 2004.
Eligibility
Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineer Council (PEC) and on the approved list of MES in categories 'A', 'B', 'C', 'D' and 'E'. Only firms with sufficient experience in the relevant field will be issued tender documents.

How to Apply
Contractors are required to submit their application for issuance of tender documents with their complete credentials. The application will be scrutinized and tender documents will only be issued to firms with sufficient experience. The tender must be received in the accepting officer by 1130 Hrs on 11 May 2026.

Contractor shall provide a certificate that they are not involved in any type of litigation with Government Department. Contractors who desire may be present at the time of opening of tenders. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject the tender.
