NHA Punjab-North Invitation to e-Bids for Maintenance Works on N-5 (Bids due 2026-07-24)

National Highway Authority (NHA), Punjab-North Region (Central Zone) invites e-Bids from contractors registered with the Income Tax Department and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List, and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2026. Bidding is for special and emergency maintenance works on N-5 as detailed below. Bidding documents (Single Stage Two Envelope) and bidding conditions are available free of cost on the NHA e-bidding website.

Key instructions and requirements:

• Bid security: 2% of the Engineer's Estimate in the shape of Pay Order/CDR in favour of National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund–Security Deposit).
• Eligible bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List and registered with PEC for 2026.
• Submission: Electronic bids must be uploaded via the NHA e-bidding portal (https://www.ebidding.nha.gov.pk). Bidding documents and any addenda will be available on the NHA website.
• Deadline for receipt of bids: 2026-07-24 before 1100 hours. Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
• Incomplete or late bids and bids without required information/security will be declared non-responsive.
