HEC Education Testing Council HAT 2026 — Registration Open (Test: 30 Aug 2026)

Issuer: Education Testing Council, Higher Education Commission (HEC), Sector H-9, Islamabad. Purpose: Higher Education Aptitude Test (HAT) for candidates intending to apply for Commonwealth, Chinese Government and other HEC scholarships for MS/M.Phil and Ph.D/Doctoral programs.

Key dates and eligibility:

• Registration opens: Sunday, 2026-07-19. • Last date for online registration: Monday, 2026-08-03 (24:00). • HAT test date: Sunday, 2026-08-30. • Minimum age/education: 16 years or equivalent education.

Qualifying score and validity:

• Qualifying score: 60 out of 100. • Test scores valid for two (02) years.

How to apply and important instructions:
