Irrigation Department Kashmore: Invitation for Annual Quotations / E-Bids for Goods, Works & Services 2026-27

Executive Engineer, Kashmore Division (Irrigation Department) invites e-bids from interested suppliers, contractors, firms and authorized dealers for annual procurement of goods, materials, works and services for financial year 2026-27. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) under Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with SPPRA Rules, 2010 (Amended 2019).

Important deadlines and submission details:

• Bidding documents will be available up to 2026-08-03 until 12:00 Noon.
• Last date/time for receipt of e-bids: 2026-08-03 up to 13:00 (01:00 PM).
• Opening of received bids: 2026-08-03 at 13:30 (01:30 PM) before the Procurement Committee in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Eligibility and requirements:

• Suppliers/contractors must be registered with relevant Provincial and Federal Tax Authorities and must provide valid registration certificates, CNIC and any other documents required by SPPRA/EPADS.
• Only firms registered on EPADS and possessing active NTN, SRB (where applicable) and professional tax registration will be eligible.
• Bidding documents are non-refundable. Bid security shall be submitted in original shape (Call Deposit). Late bids will not be entertained.

• Complete bidding documents, terms & conditions, evaluation criteria and detailed schedules are available through the EPADS/SPPRA channels and in the office of the Executive Engineer, Kashmore Division.
• Procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with SPPRA rules. Successful suppliers must deliver material/work within stipulated time or face risk purchase and penalties.
