Issuer: Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Economic Affairs. The Ministry invites pre-qualification applications from workshops/firms/vendors registered with Sales Tax/Income Tax Department and on Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR, having offices at Islamabad or Rawalpindi/stock/manpower/expertise for repair, maintenance, replacement and event-arrangement services during financial year 2026-27.
Pre-qualification items, required bid security and fees are listed below. Pre-qualification documents can be obtained free of cost from the Section Officer (General) during office hours and are also available on the Ministry website: www.moe.gov.pk (official website shown as www.ead.gov.pk in the notice). The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule-33 PPRA Rules-2004 (as amended).
