Director Transfer & Record, DHA Karachi gives notice that Mr. Javed, son of Al-Habib-ul-Haq (deceased), expired on 2025-07-02. The deceased's legal heirs have applied for transfer of several immovable properties located in Karachi, including a flat (Flat No. 2G, area approx. 1,800 sq. ft plus approx. 800 sq. ft; Plot No. B41, 500 sq. yards in a multilevel housing society), Office No. 1001 on the 10th floor (plot No. 6-19; total area 5,308 sq. ft — 43% share), and Plot No. 675 (area approx. 500 sq. yards) in Karachi.

Anyone having any claim or objection to these properties or their transfer must submit a written objection to the office of the Director Transfer & Record, DHA Karachi within 15 days of this notice's publication; objections received after the prescribed period will not be entertained.
