Health & Population Department Punjab — E-Bids for Framework Procurement of Stationery, IT Equipment, Machinery, Furniture & Office Items (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Secretary, Health & Population Department, Government of the Punjab. Invitation for e-bids for a framework contract for the procurement of goods for the financial year 2026-27.

Bidding procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding in accordance with Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended). Interested eligible bidders may obtain bidding documents and detailed specifications from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the Health & Population Department website (www.phealthpunjab.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted online through the EPADS/E-PADS portal.

Bid security: Original bid security in the shape of Bank Guarantee / CDR / Pay Order / Bank Draft / Call Deposit must be submitted physically in the office of Section Officer (General), 1–Birdwood Road, Lahore, in favour of the Health & Population Department, as specified in the bidding documents.
