Tender: Contractor Hiring for Renovation of Bank of Punjab (BOP) Branches — Bid Deadline 2026-07-28

Issuer: The Bank of Punjab (Head Centralized Procurement). Purpose: Hiring contractors for renovation works at multiple BOP branches under ABEP/renovation program.

How to obtain and submit bids:

Bidding documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and on the PPRA and BOP websites after publication. All bids must be uploaded/submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) only.

Key dates and opening:

• Last date/time to upload/submit bids: 2026-07-28 by 11:00 am.
• Technical bids will be opened on 2026-07-28 at 11:30 am by a committee in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives.
• Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a date/time to be announced subsequently.

Bid security and costs:

• 2% bid security of the estimated cost must be paid/submitted through 1 Links / Bank Guarantee digitally via generated PSID Number in favor of The Bank of Punjab on or before 2026-07-28 by 11:00 am.
• Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.

Eligibility and documentation:

• Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required with the bids.
• Only bids uploaded through Punjab e-Procurement Portal will be accepted.
