How to obtain bidding documents: Bidding documents are available from the Design & Contract Directorate, DHA City Karachi, KM 50, Motorway M-9 (Post Code 75340) during working hours from 10 July 2026 upon submission of a written request and payment of the prescribed fee (Rs. 15,000) by Pay Order in favour of DHA City Karachi. Original valid PEC registration is required for issuance.
Pre-bid meeting: 20 July 2026 at 1130 hours in the Main Conference Room, DHA City Karachi.
Bid security & submission: Bid security should be in the shape of Demand Draft / Pay Order / Bank Guarantee or Insurance Guarantee issued in favour of DHA City Karachi. Sealed bids must be delivered to the D&C Directorate, DHA City Karachi on or before 27 July 2026 by 1100 hours. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or authorised representatives; financial proposals of only technically qualified firms will be opened later.
Notes: Bidders must submit complete information and required documents as specified in the bidding documents. DHA City Karachi reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under provisions of rules and regulations.
