Auction: Lease Rights for Sky View Food Promenade at Islamabad International Airport

Issuer: Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA). Auction for lease rights to establish and operate the Sky View Food Promenade at Islamabad International Airport.

Auction Date & Time: 2026-08-26 (Wednesday) at 11:00 AM. Venue: Red Building, Block-III Conference Room, Islamabad International Airport.

Lease Term: 30 years, extendable for another 20 years on mutual consent and subject to PAA Land Lease Policy 2019.

Participation Requirements & Payment: Each auction participant must bring two (02) copies of his/her CNIC and submit them with an auction participation fee of PKR 10,000 (non-refundable). Earnest money must be submitted in the form of a pay order in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority to the Auction Committee at the venue before the start of the auction. Earnest money deposited by unsuccessful bidders will be refunded within 15 days of confirmation of the bid. Defaulting or blacklisted companies are not eligible to participate.

Eligibility: Only valid master franchises and sub-franchises having international brand presence are eligible to participate for plots B-116-A, B-116-B, B-116-C and B-116-E. In respect of plot B-116-D, only Pakistani food brands are eligible.

Other Important Terms: Sites are leased on an "as is, where it is" basis. Highest bids will be placed before the PAA Executive Committee for approval; the Committee may accept or reject bids. If rejected, the leasehold rights will be re-auctioned within 30 days or as decided by PAA. Full terms and conditions are available on PAA's website and at the auction venue.
