National Highway Authority (Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Communications) Punjab-North Region (Central Zone) invites e-bids from eligible contractors for special and emergency maintenance works on National Highway N-5. Contractors must be registered with the Income Tax Department, listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the FBR and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2026.

Bid security: 2% of the Engineer's Estimate in the shape of Pay Order/CDR in favor of “National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund - Security Deposit)”. Procurement method: Single Stage Two Envelope. Bidding documents and detailed terms & conditions are available free of cost on the NHA website and e-bidding portal. Prospective bidders must follow the NHA website for any updates.
Submission & opening: Electronic bids must be uploaded through the NHA e-bidding portal. Bids shall reach the address below on or before 2026-07-24 up to 1100 hours. Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected. NHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per NHA rules.
