Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (DHA City Karachi) invites sealed bids under a Single Stage Two-Envelope Procedure for the construction of balance works of Oasis View Tower, Sector-1, DHA City Karachi. Eligible contractors/firms must hold valid PEC registration and submit bids as per the terms below.

How to obtain tender documents: Bid documents available from the Design & Contract Directorate, DHA City Karachi, KM 50, Motorway M-9 (Post Code 75340) during working hours from 10 July 2026 on submission of written request and payment of the prescribed fee (Pay Order).
Pre-bid meeting: 20 July 2026 at 11:30 hrs at the Main Conference Room, DHA City Karachi.
Bid security: In the form of Demand Draft / Pay Order / Bank Guarantee / Insurance Guarantee in the prescribed form, issued in favour of DHA City Karachi. Bid security must be submitted along with the technical bid.
Submission & opening: Sealed bids must be delivered to the D&C Directorate, DHA City Karachi on or before 27 July 2026 by 11:00 hrs. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 hrs in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened subsequently.
Notes: Incomplete or defective bids will be rejected. DHA City reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids as per rules and regulations.
