Auction: Lease Rights for Sky View Food Promenade at Islamabad International Airport (26 Aug 2026)

Issuer: Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA). Auction for lease rights to establish and operate the Sky View Food Promenade at Islamabad International Airport.

Auction date & time: 2026-08-26 (Wednesday) at 1100 hours (11:00 AM). Venue: Red Building, Block-III Conference Room, Islamabad International Airport.

Participation requirements: Bring two copies of CNIC. Pay a non-refundable auction participation fee of PKR 10,000. Submit earnest money as a pay order in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority at the auction venue before the start. Earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded within 15 days.

Lease term: 30 years, extendable for a further 20 years subject to PAA Land Lease Policy 2019 and other terms. Sites leased on an "as is, where it is" basis. Defaulters and blacklisted companies are not eligible. Only valid master-franchises and sub-franchises with international brand presence may bid for specified plots; Plot D is reserved for Pakistani food brands only. Highest bid requires PAA Executive Committee approval.
