Procurement procedure and eligibility:

• Only electronic bids will be accepted; physical bids are not required. Registration with the e‑Procurement System of BPPRA (Government of Balochistan) is mandatory. A processing fee of PKR 1,000 is applicable for registration.

• Bidders must demonstrate prior experience of similar nature and complexity with contracts of at least PKR 2,000,000 in the previous three years, be on the Active Tax Payer List, and hold valid Sales Tax registration as required.
