PITB Invitation to Bid: Procurement of E-Commerce Marketplace Technology & Operations (EGOV-05)

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids for the procurement of an E-Commerce Marketplace Technology and Operations package (EGOV-05). Interested bidders must submit bids online through the Punjab E-Procurement System and comply with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

Key submission details:

• Tender documents are available for download at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Electronic submission and registration are required via the Punjab e-Procurement portal: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk.

• Technical and Financial proposals must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Technical and Financial bids should be uploaded/submitted as required by the e-procurement system.

• Bids must be submitted online by 11:00 hours on 2014-08-03. Submitted bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same date as per PPRA rules.

• PITB reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or proposals, as provided under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
