Eligibility, fees & procedures
- Eligible to contest: Members of the society holding paid-up share value of Rs. 500 under Rule 57(i) of the Cooperative Societies Rules, 2020, and not defaulters of the society.
- Nomination forms available in person or via authorized representative from the office between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on 2026-07-21 to 2026-07-23. Nomination fee: Rs. 6,000 (non-refundable).
- List of members available on payment of Rs. 2,000 from the society office during working hours (10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) after 2026-07-20.
- Entry to polling premises and right to vote only on production of Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC). Proxy voting is not allowed. Incomplete nominations or forms without official seal will be rejected. Defaulters will not be allowed to contest.
