Tender: Hire Event Management Firm for Minority Day Event — Human Rights & Minorities Affairs Dept, Lahore

The Human Rights and Minorities Affairs Department (Government of Punjab) invites sealed electronic bids through E-PADS under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 for hiring an event management firm to organize the Minority Day conference and seminar.

Key instructions and information:

- Tender documents are available on the Punjab Public Procurement Regularity Authority (PPRA) website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Electronic bidding is via the E-Procurement Portal: eproc.punjab.gov.pk (E-PADS). Documents can be downloaded free of cost.

- Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted/uploaded through E-PADS before 2026-07-23 at 11:00 AM as per PPRA rules. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM.

- Bid security: All bids must be accompanied by a bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order.

- Validity: Bid validity will remain for 120 days after submission of the bid.
