Eligibility
Well reputed national/international firms (JV)/service providers with FBR, BRA, and PEC registration, listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and not blacklisted. Bidders must have completed 3 similar assignments with a turnover of at least PKR 5,000,000 in the last 2 years.

Notes
Procurement will be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014. A tender fee of Rs. 2000/- is required. Bids must be accompanied by a 2% bid security from a scheduled bank. The procurement procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope.
