Issuer: National Highway Authority (NHA), Islamabad. Purpose: Invitation for Request for Proposals (RFP) to grant plantation/greenery concessions (tree planting and maintenance) on multiple national motorways and highways and selected interchange/loop compact blocks.
How to obtain and submit RFP: Download RFP documents from the NHA website and e-procurement portal (www.nha.gov.pk / eprocure.gov.pk). The RFP carries a non-refundable document fee of Rs. 5,000. Complete submission and bid instructions, security requirements and schedule are provided in the RFP; bidders should follow the e-procure/PPRA instructions and the NHA Road Maintenance Account payment guidelines.
