Tender: Procurement of Veterinary Ultrasound for Wildlife Hospital, Safari Zoo Lahore

Directorate General Wildlife & Parks Punjab invites e-bids for procurement of medical equipment under the project “Establishment of State of the Art Wildlife Hospital, Safari Zoo, Lahore.” Eligible firms/companies/sole proprietors/general order suppliers registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments may submit bids online through the eProcurement (eP) System.

Eligibility: Firms/companies/sole proprietors/general order suppliers engaged in trading, registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, etc.).

Submission method & deadline: Submit signed and stamped technical and financial bids online via the eP System on or before 2026-08-10 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bidders must submit 2% bid security of the estimated price; bid security submitted will be processed digitally through e-stamp.

Bid opening: Bids will be opened through the eP system on the same day (2026-08-10) at 11:30 AM in the presence of the committee and the bidder or their authorized representative who may choose to be present.

Other conditions: Bidding documents can be downloaded from the PPRA / eProc Punjab website. Bids incomplete, unsigned, unstamped or received after the specified time will not be considered. Bid validity is 120 days from the last date of submission.
