Public Notice: Land Acquisition for M-6 Motorway — Taluka Nawabshah, District Shaheed Benazirabad

Issuer: Office of the Assistant Commissioner / Land Acquisition Collector, Taluka Nawabshah, District Shaheed Benazirabad (Sindh). Date of notice: 2026-06-24.

Purpose: Under Sections 6 and 9 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, land is proposed to be acquired for the M-6 Motorway Project in Deh Dad area, Taluka Nawabshah. Persons having any ownership, rights, or interests in the land listed below are required to submit claims for ownership, compensation, or objections within 15 days from the date of publication to the Office of the Assistant Commissioner / Land Acquisition Collector, Taluka Nawabshah, District Shaheed Benazirabad. Claimants must appear personally or through an authorized representative with documentary evidence. Failure to submit particulars within the prescribed period may affect entitlement to compensation.
