Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO) – Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation

Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC) invites applications for the position of Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO) to lead the corporation's digital transformation, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, data governance and IT governance functions. The appointment is on a contract basis for 3 years, extendable on satisfactory performance. All positions are based in Karachi.

Key responsibilities (summary): Lead and implement the Corporation's Digital Transformation Strategy; drive automation and adoption of integrated digital platforms; manage enterprise applications including HRMS, ERP, Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Asset Management, Customer Billing, SCADA and GIS; oversee cybersecurity, disaster recovery, network security and ISO 27001 compliance; manage IT infrastructure including data centers, servers, storage and backups; establish data governance, master data management and analytics; drive smart utility initiatives, IIoT, remote monitoring and OT/IT integration; lead IT project planning and execution, and develop IT policies and governance.
