How to obtain bidding documents: Documents can be obtained from the Design & Contract Directorate, DHA City Karachi (KM 50, Motorway M-9, Post Code 75340) during working hours on submission of a written request and payment of the prescribed document fee (pay order) in favor of DHA City Karachi, and on production of valid PEC registration certificate.
Bid security: Bid security in the shape of Demand Draft / Pay Order / Bank Guarantee issued in favour of DHA City Karachi is required. Bids must be delivered to the D&C Directorate, DHA City Karachi on or before the closing time. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 hours in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives.
Other terms: Bidders must follow instructions in the bidding documents. Incomplete or conditional bids may be rejected. DHA City Karachi reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under provisions of rules & regulations.
