Frontier Corps Balochistan (South) Invitation to Tender for Stores, Weapons, Vehicles & Machinery – Closing 28 July 2026

Issuer: Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (South). Procurement for FY 2026-27 of Half Mounting (clothing) stores, Government/Security stores, weapons, vehicles, plant machinery and workshop tools for locations including Turbat, Karachi, Quetta and Dalbandin.

Key instructions and requirements:

• Tender documents with terms, conditions and technical specifications are available from Ordnance Branch, Headquarters Frontier Corps (South), Turbat on working days from 0900 to 1700 hours.
• Mandatory documents: attested copy of firm owner CNIC; NTN certificate (at time of registration); Active Taxpayers List certificate verified by FBR; last year tax return certificate vetted by FBR; bank statement for last six months; affidavit assessing firm’s financial health; affidavit declaring “NON BLACKLISTED FIRM” from any official/Government/Semi-Government organization.
• Quotations without samples will be rejected. Samples received after the tender date will not be accepted.
• Bids must be submitted as a single package containing two separate envelopes clearly marked "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" and "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL".
• Bid Security: 5% of total quoted value by Call Deposit / Bank Draft / Pay Order in the name of Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (South), Turbat.
• Submission deadline: Bidding documents must reach Ordnance Branch, HQ Frontier Corps (South), Turbat by 10:00 AM on the tender date; bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day. Due to security considerations, courier/post may be used.
• Financial bids validity: bids must be valid until 2027-06-30.
• Successful bidders will deposit 10% Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) before issuance of Purchase Order.
• Samples/stores will be tested by a recognized laboratory at the supplier’s cost.
• HQ Frontier Corps reserves the right to accept or reject any bid/firm without reason.
