How to obtain bidding documents: From Design & Contract Directorate, DHA City Karachi, KM 50, Motorway M-9 (Post Code 75340) during working hours from 10 July 2026 on submission of a written request and payment of the prescribed fee (Rs.15,000/-) by Pay Order in favor of DHAC Karachi.
Pre-bid meeting: 2026-07-20 at 11:30 hours at Main Conference Room, DHAC, Karachi.
Bid security & submission: Bid security must be provided in the prescribed form (Demand Draft / Pay Order / Bank Guarantee / Insurance Guarantee) issued by an approved bank. Sealed bids must be delivered to the D&C Directorate, DHA City Karachi on or before 27 July 2026 by 11:00 hours. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later.
Notes: Incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected. DHA City Karachi reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under applicable rules and regulations.
