- Last date/time for submission: 2026-07-28 by 10:00 AM at Ordinance Branch, Headquarters Frontier Corps (South), Turbat.

- Tender opening: 2026-07-28 at 11:00 AM (same day) at Headquarters Frontier Corps (South), Turbat. Financial bids will be opened the same day.

Bid security & validity

- Bid Security: 5% of total bid value as bank draft/pay order in the name of Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (South), Turbat.

- Financial bids validity: Up to 2027-06-30.

Submission package & samples

- Bids must be submitted as a single package containing two separate envelopes: (1) Financial Proposal and (2) Technical Proposal, clearly marked.

- Quotations received without samples will be rejected. Samples must be received before the tender date; samples received after the tender date will not be accepted. Supplied stores will be tested by a recognized laboratory; testing charges payable by the concerned firm.

Mandatory documents

Attested copies of: firm owner CNIC; NTN certificate (if registered); Active Taxpayers List verification by FBR; last year tax return certificate verified by FBR; bank statement for last six months; affidavit to assess financial health of the firm; affidavit declaring “NON BLACKLISTED FIRM” from any official/government/semi-government organization.

Other conditions

- Tenders must accompany bid security as specified. Successful bidders will deposit 10% Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) before issuance of Purchase Order.

- Headquarters Frontier Corps reserves the right to accept or reject any firm without assigning any reason.
