Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage, Sukkur (Directorate of Human Resource) invites applications for the post of Director ORIC on contract/regularized terms as per University statutes. Eligible candidates must meet the qualifications and experience detailed below.

| Director ORIC | BPS-19/20; Age limit: Max 50 years | PhD (preferably in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a relevant field) from an HEC-recognized university | At least 12 years' experience in academia/research administration in higher education institutions, including a minimum of 3 years leadership/managerial experience in research development, technology transfer/commercialization. Demonstrated experience with research grants, funding proposals, industry linkages, technology incubation, patents/IPR, HEC-funded projects, research impact assessment and commercialization strategies. Strong research profile with publications in impact-factor journals; experience establishing innovation hubs/incubators/startups; membership/engagement with national/international research and innovation organizations (HEC ORIC Network, UNESCO, IEEE, ACM etc.) and international exposure preferred. |

Submit a detailed CV, two recent photographs, attested copies of degrees/certificates, names and contact details of two professional referees, and HEC equivalence certificate where applicable. Pay non-refundable application processing fee of PKR 3,000 (Bank Challan/DD) in favor of Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage.

Incomplete applications or late submissions will not be considered. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for written/technical tests or interviews. No TA/DA will be provided.
