| Key responsibilities | Lead company strategy and operations; develop and implement short- and long-term policies and business plans; oversee finance and budgeting with the CFO; manage HR and quality control; ensure legal/regulatory compliance; optimise use of processing/grading capacity; represent company at events; day-to-day management and administration in line with Board directives and SECP rules. |
| Minimum qualification | Master's degree in Food Sciences (e.g., Food Technology, Food & Nutrition, Food Engineering) or Biochemistry OR MBA (or closely related disciplines) from an HEC-recognised university. Candidates with qualifications in both Food Sciences and Business Administration are preferred. |
| Experience | At least 15 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 10 years at chief executive or senior management level in similar organisations with overall leadership of multi-disciplinary teams. |
| Age & contract | Maximum age at appointment: 60 years. Appointment contract term: 3 years (terminable with one month notice or payment in lieu). |
