| Key responsibilities | Implement company vision and Board/Articles mandates; develop and implement operational and long-term policies and business plans; monitor and minimize risks; oversee finance with CFO, budgeting and audits; handle HR matters, payroll and benefits; ensure legal and regulatory compliance; promote corporate social responsibility; optimize use of processing/grading machinery; develop rules, procedures and policies; day-to-day management and administration in line with SECP rules. |
| Qualifications | Master's degree in Food Sciences (Food Technology, Food & Nutrition, Food Engineering), Biochemistry, or MBA (or closely related discipline) from an HEC-recognized university. Candidates with qualifications in both Food Sciences and Business Administration (MBA) preferred. |
| Experience | At least 15 years' overall experience including a minimum of 10 years in chief executive or senior management roles in similar commercial organizations. Must meet Fit & Proper criteria under Public Sector Companies (Appointment of Chief Executive) Guidelines, 2015. |
| Contract & Age | Appointment contract for three (03) years; terminable with one month notice or payment in lieu. Maximum age at time of appointment: 60 years. |
