Issuer: Government of the Punjab, School Education Department — Strategic Management Unit (SMU). The SMU is being established to strengthen institutional capacity for strategic planning, execution and monitoring of development projects and special initiatives. SMU invites applications from qualified and motivated individuals for the following contractual positions.

Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor's/Master's) in a related or relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence / Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent disciplines. At least one recognized certification in AI or Data Science (examples given: Certified Data Scientist, Certified AI Practitioner, AI Solution Architect or equivalent global credentials). Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in AI-related projects. |

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (structural specialization preferred) from an HEC-recognized university. Registration with PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) is mandatory. At least 5 years' relevant experience in RCC and steel structure design, high-rise buildings, bridges or infrastructure projects; structural rehabilitation and retrofitting; site supervision and construction support. Skills in structural analysis and design, seismic-resistant design, foundation systems and soil–structure interaction, review and approval of structural calculations, shop drawings and method statements. |
