Agro Food Processing (AFP) Facilities, Multan invites applications for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will provide leadership to the Company, implement board-approved vision and strategies, oversee operations, budgets, financial management, compliance, HR, business development and stakeholder relations, and ensure efficient post-harvest and food processing facility management.

| Key responsibilities (summary) | Implement company mission and board directives; develop and execute short/long term operational policies and strategic plans; prepare targets and business plans; assess and manage risks; lead financial planning and budgeting; oversee commercial operations, procurement, investments, audits and reporting; ensure legal/regulatory compliance; manage HR matters including hiring, payroll and benefits; represent the company; promote corporate social responsibility; implement governance, systems and controls; and manage day-to-day administration. |
| Eligibility / Qualifications | Master’s degree in Food Sciences (e.g., Food Technology, Food & Nutrition, Food Engineering), Biochemistry, or MBA (or closely related discipline) from an HEC-recognized university. Candidates with qualifications in both Food Sciences and Business Administration are preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience, including at least 10 years in a chief executive or senior/executive management role in similar organizations. |
| Appointment / Term | Appointment on contract basis; appointment period cited as three (03) years (terms subject to company rules and relevant guidelines). |
