PITB Invitation to Bid — Food & Catering Services Framework Contract (NDP-02)

Issuer: Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab. PITB invites bids for procurement of food and catering services under a framework work contract (NDP-02) for various PITB projects.

Key submission details:

- Submission method: Online only via the Punjab E-Procurement System (e-Portal).
- Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately, signed, stamped and in complete conformity with the Tender Document.
- Last time to submit bids: on or before 11:00 hours on 2020-08-10. Bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same date.

- Tender documents are available for download at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must register on the Punjab E-Procurement System to submit bids; for registration assistance contact the e-Procurement helpdesk (contact details provided in tender document).

- Mandatory documents: income/sales tax registration certificates and other documents as required in the Tender Document. Bidders are responsible for timely upload of bids; late submissions will not be considered.
