Issuer: Office of the Assistant Commissioner / Land Acquisition Collector, Taluka Nawabshah, District Shaheed Benazirabad, Sindh. Date of notice: 2026-06-24.
Purpose: Land acquisition for the M-6 Motorway Project in Deh Dad (46 Dad) and Deh 27, Taluka Nawabshah. Under Sections 6 and 9 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, all persons having any interest, ownership, rights or claims in the land listed below are required to submit their claims or objections with documentary evidence to the Office of the Assistant Commissioner / Land Acquisition Collector, Taluka Nawabshah within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. Failure to submit particulars within the prescribed period may affect entitlement to compensation.
