PRCL invites pre-qualification proposals from international reinsurance brokers for PRCL's facultative and treaty business. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rule-16 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulations, guides and instructions issued by the Authority.
