Issuer: Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) through Chief Engineer (O&M) Distribution, LESCO Lahore.
LESCO invites sealed electronic bids through the E-PADS portal under a 'Single Stage One Envelope' tendering procedure for outsourcing maintenance works of LESCO HT/LT distribution networks in multiple operation circles. Bids must follow PPRA rules and are invited on a percentage above/below basis.

Eligibility: Contractors duly licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and renewed for the year 2026-27, or renewed for 2025-26 with deposit slip for year 2026-27 as specified in the bidding documents, may participate.
How to obtain documents: Bidding documents and details are available on the E-PADS portal (e-procurement). Complete bidding documents for each work can be downloaded from the portal. A criterion for evaluation is provided in the bidding documents.
Submission & Opening:
- Bid submission deadline (upload): 2026-07-29 by 11:00 AM.
- Physical delivery of original bid security in favour of Chief Executive Officer, LESCO (Headquarters), Lahore must be delivered to the office by 2026-07-29 at 11:00 AM. A scanned copy of the same must also be uploaded on E-PADS.
- Bids will be opened on 2026-07-29 at 11:30 AM through E-PADS.
Bid security & performance security: Bid security in acceptable form must be submitted as per bidding documents. Successful bidders will deposit 10% performance security within 14 days in the shape of bank guarantee / pay order / CDR; insurance guarantees will not be accepted as performance guarantee. Failure to provide required security may result in forfeiture and award to the next lowest bidder.
