Minimum 10 years' experience in banking/financial institution. Proven experience in recovery, NPL monitoring, field supervision and coordination with legal/regulatory/administrative authorities. |
Key responsibilities (summary): Preparation and coordination of periodic financial statements; IFRS/IAS-compliant reporting; coordination with auditors and regulatory inspection teams; budget preparation and monitoring; internal controls testing; manage overdue/infected loan portfolios; develop and implement recovery strategies; supervise field teams; coordinate litigation and law enforcement liaison; train branch staff on recovery procedures; ensure regulatory compliance.
Eligibility & other important notes: Maximum age limit: VP posts 50 years and OG-I/AVP/AVP-I posts 45 years as on closing date.
