The Jammu & Kashmir Co-operative Housing Society notifies members and the public that holders of transfer cases/files for plots in Khyaban Kashmir-I, Zone-7, Islamabad, where the buyer did not appear and the transfers remain open, must complete regularization procedures and obtain the required transfer letter in the buyer’s name by 31 July 2026.
Failure to complete the formalities by the deadline will result in the seller being treated as the legal owner of the relevant plot/property, and the Society will not be responsible for any resulting loss. Procedures can be completed at the Society office at Community Centre Building, Sector 15-G, Main G.T. Road, Islamabad.
