Issuer: Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO). GEPCO invites disposal through e-bids of the following unserviceable power transformers. E-bids will be held on 10-08-2026 (Monday) at 11:00 AM on an “as is where is” basis. Earnest money must be submitted as specified below.

Key conditions and submission instructions:
- Inspection: Transformers can be inspected at the listed 132KV and 66KV grid stations up to the auction date during working hours. Contact for inspection and custody details is the Dy. Manager SS&TL GEPCO Division Gujranwala (contact details available from GEPCO office).
- Bid/Earnest money: Earnest money must be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee/Pay Order in the name instructed by GEPCO and deposited in original in the Office of Manager (MM), GEPCO Ltd, Gujranwala before or on 10-08-2026 (Monday) at 11:00 AM.
- Sale basis: Items offered on an “as is where is” basis. GEPCO reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids.
- Payment and delivery: Successful bidders must pay the full amount within 21 working days from issuance of Letter of Acceptance after approval by the competent authority. Failure to comply will result in cancellation and forfeiture of earnest money.
