How to participate: Participate via E-PADS 2.0 (http://www.vendor.epads.gov.pk/login). Earnest money (Bid Security) amounts are specified per lot above and must be submitted as required by FESCO (Bank Draft/Pay Order/CDR/etc.). Bidders may update/change quoted bid until 11:00 AM on 2026-07-27 through E-PADS 2.0. Unserviceable materials can be inspected during working hours at the mentioned locations with prior permission. Quoted rates are on an "as is where is" basis and exclude applicable taxes. Bid validity: 150 days from date of E-Auction opening.
