Agro Food Processing (AFP) Facilities Multan invites applications for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its pulp extraction/grading and value‑addition operations and reduce post‑harvest losses. The company is established under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017.

| Essential Qualifications | Master’s degree in Food Sciences (Food Technology, Food & Nutrition, Food Engineering), Biochemistry, or MBA or closely related discipline from an HEC‑recognized university. Dual qualifications in Food Sciences and Business Administration are an advantage. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience including at least 10 years at senior management/CEO level in similar commercial organisations, meeting Fit & Proper criteria per Public Sector Companies (Appointment of Chief Executive) Guidelines 2015. |
| Key Responsibilities (summary) | Implement company vision/mission; develop and execute short‑ and long‑term operational and strategic policies; ensure measurable business plans and targets; assess risks; oversee financial management, budgets and reporting; manage HR, payroll and employee matters; ensure regulatory compliance and quality systems; represent the company at industry and public forums; promote corporate social responsibility and optimize company operations. |
